June 6,7,8 in photos

Dumpling Making Lessons
You take the pastry and the filling and hold it like so.
You wet the corner furthest from you

Then you fold it in half  and press the tips together

Then you flip it so the point is now towards you

Some fancy hand waving

And voila! A perfect dumpling
