The Gold Dome is the Dome of the Rock originally built in 691AD.
It is located on Temple Mount, the site of Abraham's attempted sacrifice of his son


In the foreground is the Golden Gate
 and the grey dome in the centre is the Al-Aqsa Mosque which is the third holiest site in Islam

The two grey domes on the left of the image are the Church of the Holy Sepulchre
